ibis Laon

Used this Ibis before, but this time for a 2-night stay, to for a couple of days cycling before returning to Calais. The room assigned was smaller than previously given, but at the same price, and there was no hair dryer, so mentioned this to the receptionist. Was immediately assigned the better room by the very helpful staff member. On checkout we asked to leave the car in the parking while we had a last bike ride, and to return briefly to use the washroom before driving to Calais. This was granted and enormously helpful. Excellent service by the staff on all counts.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! We were taken aback when we arrived by the design and layout and friendliness of staff. Excellent meals in the restaurant and drinks outside beforehand. The room was very spacious and the bathroom excellent. This was the best Ibis we have stayed in for many years!

Entry lobby very spacious and decorated nicely. Room very clean and spacious, asked for a ground floor room which we received.

This hotel is great value in a great stop over location. Large car park, resturant on site Will allow dogs . 20min walk to the medieval town on the hill which is beautiful What's not too like
