ibis Laon

Used this Ibis before, but this time for a 2-night stay, to for a couple of days cycling before returning to Calais. The room assigned was smaller than previously given, but at the same price, and there was no hair dryer, so mentioned this to the receptionist. Was immediately assigned the better room by the very helpful staff member. On checkout we asked to leave the car in the parking while we had a last bike ride, and to return briefly to use the washroom before driving to Calais. This was granted and enormously helpful. Excellent service by the staff on all counts.

We liked everything about the hotel. We have stayed here 2 a year for the last 3 years. The staff are always pleasant and friendly. If we need help they would help us. The rooms are always clean and fresh. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very clean and the shower is great.

Excellent staff - very helpful and welcoming. Good parking facilities. Convenient location near motorway. We enjoyed our evening meal at the restaurant.

Entry lobby very spacious and decorated nicely. Room very clean and spacious, asked for a ground floor room which we received.

This hotel is great value in a great stop over location. Large car park, resturant on site Will allow dogs . 20min walk to the medieval town on the hill which is beautiful What's not too like
